We started league racing against the fastest pinewood derby cars in the USA in 2007. Most pinewood derby racers work and race for years and are fortunate to finish in first place just one time in their league racing career. This is a list of DerbyDad4Hire’s 1st Place finishes during our league racing experience from 2007 to 2012.

We started league racing at the PDDR racing league. The PDDR boasted the top level racers and was the most competitive league to race in through 2010.

2010 First Place Finishes
This was our busiest racing year. This is when we perfected the oil process and dominated pinewood derby league racing. We continued racing in the PDDR and also in the brand new East Coast Derby. We also raced the two major pinewood derby events, The National Championships and the Bluegrass Nationals.

2012 1st Place Finishes
This was the final year we competed in league racing. Our focus was to help all the racers reach the top speeds and create the ultimate level of competition. We started the NPWDRL Racing league which took league racing to a new level and would never look back.
